WOW-That 40 years went real fast!! After graduation I went to college for a year, then after a urgent request by the local draft board I enlisted in the U.S Air Force and spent 4 years working on airplanes. I got out in 1971 came back to San Angelo and continued to work on aircraft ,I retired fom GTE as a flight Engineer in 2001 and now work for the Tom Green County Sheriff's office and as a maintenance inspector for the Department of Homeland Security at Mathis Field. I have 2 sons who also went to Central , then graduated from Texas Tech, one is a teacher in New York City and the other is a Houston Lawyer. I still have fond memories of my time at Central. and still see some of my friends from that time in my life.
