Man, what a fast 40 years! It doesn't seem like that long ago that we were wasting gas cruising on the drag or racing our muscle cars on the Loop.Or how about convincing coach Scoggins in study hall that we needed a library pass every day. And telling coach Johnigan that I would be his helper with the girls track team-boy was that a blast! I do remember that Bill March was the best bunter on our summer league baseball team and Mike Williams was the wildest pitcher.We sure did not have a care in the world back then and only hope that the kids now could have had that experience-but you know what?We might be missing some of their fun,too.Looking forward to seeing some of the old classmates again!.l
